Venue Information
Parking is available on-site. Vehicles may be left overnight and must be collected by 11:00 AM the following morning.
All guests must leave the property by 1:00 AM. Overnight stays and camping are not permitted.
This is an adults-only celebration. We kindly ask that children not attend.
The venue is a barn setting. It is required to wear block heels, wedges, or flats on the grounds.
FEAST & CELEBRATION
What To Expect
WELCOME & FINDING YOUR SEAT
Our groomsmen will welcome you (and party) and usher you to your seats. Please note that you must be at your seat by 3:50 PM to keep the ceremony on time.
WEDDING CEREMONY
The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. During the ceremony, we ask you to put your phones away for our photographers to capture the moment.
COCKTAIL HOUR
While the bride, groom, and wedding party are out taking photos, appetizers and alcohol will be served to guests.
RECEPTION DINNER
Buffet & Barbeque — full menu details coming soon. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions as soon as possible so we can accommodate you.
D&D FUN & GAMES
Roll for a good time. We're bringing a touch of the tavern to the celebration — expect D&D-inspired games and activities woven throughout the evening. Whether you're a seasoned adventurer or a curious newcomer, there's a quest for everyone at the table.
CAMPFIRE
As the night settles in, gather around the fire. We'll have a campfire set up across the grounds so you can stay warm, cozy, and enchanted well into the evening. Bring a sweater and stay a while.
LATE NIGHT WIND DOWN
Keep the celebration going — wood oven pizza will be served as the evening winds down.
OUR STORY
How It All Began
It began in the most unexpected of places. A vast digital world where two strangers crossed paths, discovered a universe of shared interests, and quietly built something neither had set out to quest for:
World of Warcraft.
What started as a friendship grew richer with every adventure. Then came one special night. A dragon was slain, and in that victory, everything changed. What had been a friendship became a partnership, forged in the kind of moment you don't forget.
From there, their story stretched across multiple universes and thousands of kilometres (miles, for our friends and family in the United States) and was held together by love, trust, shared beliefs, and a wicked sense of humour that needed no map to find its way.
Through trials and victories, through distance and growth, their chronicle unfolded chapter by chapter. Until the day they finally came together under one roof, and the greatest adventure of all truly began.
